Arrange your flights to arrive no later than 10:00am
saturday. We recommend flying into King Salmon Friday night and staying
over at the Ponderosa Inn. An ATA representative will contact you
personally Sunday morning to schedule your departure to the Yact or
lodge between 10am-11am. Our wilderness vacations includes 3 meals
daily, water front lodging and fully outfitted & guided acivities each
day fishing, Bear viewing, guided wildlife jet boat tours and wilderness
rafting trips. All guests will be responsible for round trip air
transportation from their home to King Salmon as well as any hotels or
meals before or after trip. A $200 charter flight fee for your round
trip air charter to our Alagnak River lodge with Branch River Air
company is payable in King Salmon upon arrival in cash or cc.
Guests should arrange flights leaving the following Sunday from King
Salmon airport between 2-5pm back to Anchorage if flights do not
coincide with our requirements you will be charged for extra charter
flights to and or from the lodge at a rate of $200pp for the extra
flights required.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy we offer our guest's a 10
day grace period after we receive there deposit with a full refund minus a $250
administrative fee for each guest booked. After the 10 day grace period your
deposit is % 100 non refundable unless you can fill the week. Due to the nature
of the business once our limited number of spots are filled we regularly turn
guest's away. We also have hired Guides and had supplies sent in during the off
season to cover your trip. It is almost impossible to fill cancelled trips so if
you think there may be a problem then you should purchase trip cancellation
insurance, This protects you and the Outfitter from further financial burden.
